What we know about you – and what we don't

We never have:

your keys or your seed · your mail · your website content · which sites you visit · an account, a password, your name. There is no master key and no backdoor. What we don't have, we cannot hand over.

We keep, only as long as needed:

• Chats with us: encrypted, in memory only, for at most 72 hours.
• Your order: domain and public key, while the domain exists, then 1 year.
• Your customer key and refund address: 30 days after completion.
• The Bitcoin payment (address, amount, transaction): as long as tax law requires. Bitcoin is public – pay from your own wallet if you can.
• Only if you send us a payment proof yourself (e.g. you paid to the donation address by mistake): your sending address and signature, until 30 days after the case is closed.
• If rules are broken: a flag on your customer key so we recognise new orders.

If our servers are seized, at most the data listed above is exposed. Mail, content and keys are not with us.
