Operator's sign of life

Every week the operator signs a statement with the admin key. It is stored in the public registry and confirmed by independent witnesses. If it stops, Mainnet warns – nothing else happens.

Mainnet keeps running – sites, mail and chat do not depend on the operator. A missing sign of life transfers no rights and releases no data.

Yellow after 14 days, red after 30 days without a new sign of life. Verified: dual signature of the admin key (Ed25519 + ML-DSA-65), increasing number and date, reference to the real registry state.
